getting started:

Once the existing patio area has been ripped-up and lifted into a stockpile, the BAVTRAK is manoeuvred into place in teh back garden of the property.

The machine is sited on the area where the hardcore material is required, ready to begin the crush-and-lay process.

Crush-and-lay:

If you're not exporting the rubble off-site, you don't necessarily need a conveyor. The absence of a conveyor helps in several ways:

  1. Reduces the cost of the machine.

  2. Reduces the overall dimensions of the machine.

  3. Greatly reduces the amount of unwanted dust on site.

Brick, concrete or stone - the BAVTRAK can crush it!

Foundation:

The aggregate, produced from the waste rubble by the BAVTRAK is an ideal sub-base.

This recycled construction waste is used as the foundation for the base layer of new concrete.

Enjoying the finished job:

The finished job is in no way compromised by the use of recycled building materials. In today's environmentally aware society, the fact that the new garden was built with eco-friendly construction methods will, if anything, add to the customer's satisfaction.
