Great rubble guzzler

The BAVTRAK 025 mini crusher has the largest jaw feed area of any 3,000 to 3,500 kg sized mini rubble crusher.

The massive 630 x 330mm feed area is 60% larger than it’s nearest rival and not only gives the machine the ability to crush larger chunks of concrete, but also reduces the likelihood of blockages due to bridging in the feed hopper.

The machines Patent Applied for twin-jaw crushing mechanism is fully hydrostatic and is totally unique to the BAVTRAK 025 and extremely aggressive and effective on all general construction site waste.

We design and manufacture our own crusher boxes and jaws in-house, fabricating the main jaw and box plates with high-wear, high yeild-strenth Hardox steel, for maximum durability.

The machine can be set with four different grades of output, the largest being approximately 75mm and down and the smallest is approximately 50mm and down and grades can be changed quickly and safely on site.

With our Patent Applied for jaw system, large 630 x 330mm jaw feed area and our quick, easy grade adjustment, the 025 works quickly with minimal downtime from blockages. Hydraulic track control levers and self-braking track motors give easy manouevring. Ideal for self drive hire to builders and even domestic DIY customers, as well as small recycling operations.

A true mini sized machine: the 2.95 tonne 025 pushes the boundaries of recycling on small, narrow access domestic and light industrial sites.

At only 1,200mm wide and 4,500mm long (with conveyor) the machine is both easy to transport and to fit onto site.
