The 009 Contractor has the same our quick, easy grade adjustment,as the base model 009 and also has hydraulic track control levers and self-braking track motors. A standard fit exit conveyor provides even more versatility on site.
The sensible loadover height of the (optional) patented sliding hopper cover is a must for small job sites where the crusher cannot be teamed with a micro digger. For sites where micro or mini diggers will be used to load, an taller open hopper (which prevents access to jaws and injury by anyone hand loading) allows continual loading and crushing, without interruption.
The generously proportioned 359 x 315 mm jaw feed hopper can be filled with any type of brick, stone or concrete. Large, single chunks can be processed with ease, as large as; 359x220x420mm or 359x150x550mm
The uniquely powerful jaw system ensures that, even from a standing start, with a completely full hopper the jaws will not stall.
Any hard, mineral based material - brick, stone, or concrete - can be reduced and recycled on site, providing you with a reusable aggregate, as and when required, Even large, tough pieces, such as sections of granite concrete kerbstone - provided they fit into the hopper - will be reduced to aggregate within minutes.
On the largest output (fastest) setting, the machine will recycle around 2,000kg of general, mixed rubble per hour. The rate can be even higher for loads of good quality rock or concrete, which tend to crush faster in our unique jaw system.

There are three crush settings, allowing a choice of output grades.
The fast, simple adjustment allows the operator to alter the crush grade is seconds, without the need for any special tools.
With the crusher feed hopper empty of debris and the jaw stopped, the grade can be swapped quickly and easily between any of the three settings.
The mechanical adjustment cannot back-oof or drift like some hydraulic adjusters.
