Problems with rubble skips:

There are a number of issues with waste skips, notwithstanding proposed legislation to limit their use for building waste

Reasons why you may already be unable to use skips to dispose of constrution rubble include:

  • No room on site and no area to park the skip.
  • Objections to possible damage caused by the skip/delivery vehicle.
  • Too difficult to move the rubble from the rear of the property to the skip.
  • Planning permission for the job forbids the removal of rubble from site.

Narrow access:

Whether it's a patio, conservatory or extension job, work on domestic sites is always dominated by the restriced access and space.

The BAVTRAK 009 can go anywhere that a micro digger can. Independantly driven tracks allow precise manoeuvring on tight job sites.

Breaking-up the old patio:

A combination of the micro digger, hydraulic breaker and a good old-fashioned sledge-hammer is used to dismantle the old patio.

The BAVTRAK 009 is then brought onto site to render down the waste concrete into hardcore, suitable for the sub-base, using the crush-and-lay process.

Crush-and-lay:

If you're not exporting the rubble off-site, you don't necessarily need a conveyor. The absence of a conveyor helps in several ways:

  • Reduces the cost of the machine.
  • Reduces the overall dimensions of the machine.
  • Greatly reduces the amount of unwanted dust on site.

Brick, concrete or stone - the BAVTRAK 009 can crush it!

The new sub-base ready:

The finished job will in no way be compromised by the use of recycled building materials. In today's environmentally aware society, the fact that the new garden was built with eco-friendly construction methods will, if anything, add to the customer's satisfaction.
