The sensible loadover height is ideal for 3 to 7.5 tonne mini and midi excavators. Steep sides on the feed hopper, which can be loaded with buckets up to 900mm (36") wide, help to minimise the risk of blockages. The generous 630 x 330mm jaw feed area also makes loading easy. The Patent Applied for jaw mechanism of the BAVTRAK 025 further minimises the risk of blockages, by its unique action and also by ensuring that virtually any piece of brick, concrete or stone which meets the jaws, is crushed. According to Health & Safety Executive guidance on the safe use of mobile crushers; "A properly designed mobile crushing operation should not need any person to be present on the crusher access platform during normal crushing operations." |

How it works:
The SolidWorks 3D CAD rendering (left) shows the BAVTRAK 025's unique, patented, twin-jaw, hydraulic crusher box.
The twin independant jaw design allows a large feed area within the constraints of a small, lightweight mini crusher. The three teeth on the upper jaw pre-break any large chunks prior to them being crushed down to size in the main, lower jaw.
The system has a 630 x 330 mm jaw feed size, significantly larger than any other comparable sized tracked crusher.
