BAV Crushers are very proud to announce that two of our three main product ranges have been accredited for the global "Hardox In My Body" program. The BAV Alligator Crusher range and the BAV-CB Crusher Bucket range have both received approval.
The award comes after audit and inspection of product designs, production process and facilities and fabrication staff by the manufacturers of Hardox, SSAB Swedish Steel.
We accept no substitutes. The "Hardox In My Body" sign on our equipment is your guarantee of genuine Hardox wear plate.

The latest and largest crusher bucket in our range is now available. Suitable for excavators from 18 to 25 tonnes operating weight this attachment offers simple, relaible crushing: 

• no flywheels
• no drive belts

Another new product is being added to our highly successful BAV-RS, rotary screening bucket range. The BAV-RS1, designed for 1.5 to 2.5 tonne mini excavators is due for release imminently. Having progressed the CAD designs as far as possible, we did still wonder whether the product was actualy feasible:

• Would it be too heavy for a small machine?
• Would the length required in the attachment for the motor cause problems with digging?
• Would the motor speed match the excavator hydraulics?
• Would output be too slow?

We're pleased to say all of the above concerns were proved wrong, very quickly indeed and you can now see a video of the attachment working here: Video

It's the biggest construction show next year, so we had to be there! We look forward to welcoming customers and dealers from around the world to our stand in Hall A5. Following customer demand, we are launching a new product line this year.

An all new, in-house range of compact rotary screening buckets is under testing and development. Initial designs cater for a specific gap in the market for smaller excavators, but the range will be developed according to demand.Features will include exclusive drive motor technology and designs will share top plate brackets with existing BAV attachments, for ease of utilisation.
