Product testing complete on BAV-RS1,

Another new product is being added to our highly successful BAV-RS, rotary screening bucket range. The BAV-RS1, designed for 1.5 to 2.5 tonne mini excavators is due for release imminently. Having progressed the CAD designs as far as possible, we did still wonder whether the product was actualy feasible:

• Would it be too heavy for a small machine?
• Would the length required in the attachment for the motor cause problems with digging?
• Would the motor speed match the excavator hydraulics?
• Would output be too slow?

We're pleased to say all of the above concerns were proved wrong, very quickly indeed and you can now see a video of the attachment working here: Video
